To report a claim, please call 800-394-2423 and one of our representatives will help you.
Have damage to your vehicle?
When reporting your claim, please let the claims representative know you have photos of the damage. The photos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your claim or policy number in the subject line of the email.
Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us, and we do not retain Agents that exhibit sub-par service. If you have any problem whatsoever regarding service provided (or not provided), you need only contact us direct and we will handle the situation.
